OMMMMG they'd better send you a new one that's not f'ed up like that.. either that or they should refund your money plus shipping and give you a credit or something for your next purchase.. because that is TOTALLY unacceptable!! i'm so sorry!

Uy! I hope their CS will help you out. My heart skips a beat when I drop an eye shadow or powder so I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to happily receive a package only to discover something like that. Give us an update when you hear back from them.

Oops sorry I just happened to see your comment on my BB Cream post! Did you already purchase a cream? If not, I recommend the Skin79 sampler set -- it's one of the most popular Korean brands and most beauty bloggers rave about the hot pink one -- it's very light and natural looking and doesn't break me out. It's great that you have fair skin because most BB Creams are made for very light skin so you should have no problem finding a match!

what a nightmare! I had the same problem about 2 months ago when I ordered a couple of palettes, which I opened on my bed as usual (lets just say my white bedding was less white afterwards) Thankfully the company were really nie about it and sent me replacements and I just dumped the ones that were damaged :)
